With how expensive ammo is getting, might just be cheaper to shoot that home intruder with an arrow instead of a bullet. Plus, no hearing damage. lol

I think you'll be surprised at how loud a pcp gun can be. Depends entirely on the model of course.

That was a really good price. $53/1000. I remember paying $21 for Federal Target grade 325 round boxes. I also remember Xmas 2018 when Reeds Family Outfitters had those boxes for $15, buy one get one free, no limit.

I think Nov-Dec 2018 might have been the trough of 22LR pricing. I know Black Friday's Federal Black Box deal worked out to about $12/500 after rebate that year. Bought some, should've bought more. Black Friday 2019 was nowhere near as good
