What was normal before this all happened? It hasn*t been $20.00 a box in a few years when it went up almost double.

Target sports has it for $39.00 a box when they have it. This morning it was in stock for about 10 minutes.

I consider normal to be the 399/1000 shipped sales they ran the last two years. That's 20/box..

It's how I amassed my 7k stash.

I doubt federal will be running any of those deals or their yearly rebates this year.

I know where there's 3500 rounds for sale but not at a good deal for this thread.

If you need it now, no reason not to that I can think of. Its 25% over precovid prices probably, but you could also do worse right now. Same on quality...should be fine. If the internals are Anderson as well, the trigger may leave something to be desired (I had an Anderson kit with like a 10lb pull) but that's fixed easily and cheaply enough with new springs.

I know what you mean. Primary Arms had Anderson lowers on sale a week or so ago for like $40 (maybe $50, I dont recall totally), and I put one in the cart and made it all the way to the last checkout page before I decided I really dont need it. Already have 2 ARs, and if I built another, itd be a specific build, like either an A1 clone or a high end, "precision" shooting build, so really, Id just be buying it just because the price was good. (but then you tack on shipping, tax, and transfer fee, and for just a few bucks more you could get one local for the same cost.)

Yea. My 8" pistol and 16" rifle are itching to have a 20" A1 brother and 12" SBR sister, but I feel like its better to adopt an eastern european orphan (AK) instead lol.

I have too many things on my "I WANT IT" list right now to want to put together another AR
