Primary arms is saying 30 round magazine’s are regulated by the ATF and will only ship them to an FFL.

Their sights having all sorts of technical issues right now so it could be screwing it up. I've ordered mags from them before with issues.

I see what you are seeing and not sure why they included the ATF with the local and state ban info. You can still order them though with no shipping issues.

I just checked and this is what I got: Magazines considered High Capacity are controlled by the ATF and/or local jurisdictions are not available for purchase/shipment in all areas.
