IMO, so far from what I have found, Grice's Gun Shop is the best stocked reloading store in PA. I buy powder there in bulk, as well as bullets and often their prices are better than online or at least similar to it. I only stop in there one or twice a year. 8 pounds of powder will go a long way. I'm still nibbling on 8 pounds of Titegroup I bought there a few years ago.

Near Philadelphia King Shooters Supply is a much smaller store but they have a lot of reloading stuff and powders in bulk.

Thanks for the other reference, they dont ship powder and are NWPA but for anyone else.
any "price per ounce" + or inc. shipping type sites, like we have all these ammo trackers?
like i said, it's just for stockpiling. it's going with the other core components, acids and bases and other raw chemicals i've been stocking.

Yep. I see the market diverging to two extremes... piss cheap and stupid expensive. Middle ground pre-built rifles are going to be thin.

Also, why hasn't some stock manufacturer gone and grabbed a material sciences guru, and made a full sized stock like that that's designed to absorb recoil forces. It has to be possible.
