I thought when I read your post.....Toss in on the helmet's side picatiny rail for the fun of it when out at night with friends during NV walks....but it's not $120 funny.

Talk about bad Photoshopping: apparently marketing people don't know how to draw parallel laser beams!

Although... maybe for $120 that middle beam is actually looking at the azimuth angle of the moon and taking that little extra gravitational pull tha generates tides I nto consideration for the bullet drop compensation.

Is it adjustable?

I'm not a fan of lasers in general, since they tend to show the bad guys exactly where to shoot. But it seems like the odds of that thing matching your handgun's point of impact, right out of the box, are small.

I had to adjust my wife's CT laser, which they claim is dead-on from the factory. No, it was way off, low and left.

I bought a 10 Pack of that type of laser for under $3. Now consider that the rest of that is just some aluminum tube and a couple of milled pieced and a battery holder. You're right, not exactly worth the $120.
