LTCF Beaver County residency requirement for references

With that said, I agree with the popular opinion that this requirement posted by the Sheriff is not valid. On the other hand, I would like everything to go smoothly when I submit my application. I am willing to pursue this should it become an issue as I'm hardly one to back down when it comes to my 2A rights. However, it would be much more convenient if I didn't have to battle it out just to get my LTCF.

The sheriff is to use a form that was created by the PSP. The form asks for references but makes no mention that they need be from the same county that you reside in.

Just renewed this fall references were not contacted.

When I filled out the form there was nothing on it stating the references must be Beaver County residents.

My references have never been contacted. I wonder if they contact the references for anyone. Maybe if you have a record of some sort or if your references have records.

Or if you happen to use two chiefs of police as your references.
