Great rally today! Very well organized. The speakers were excellent, all of them. We came in from NJ to be part of the crowd. What a breath of fresh air. It might be perfectly ordinary to you, but for my wife and I, it was great to attend the rally and be in the company of those exercising their open carry rights (which we are denied) at a political rally. Really drives home the true point of the Second Amendment. We have our own rally next Tuesday April 30th in Trenton, NJ. Word is that one of our quisling State Senators and one of our Congressmen are organizing bus trips for out-of-State anti2A activist groups to oppose us. It is like the Hessians are going to be back in town. I wonder if they will be using the Barracks again too?

I know I'm a little late to the thread and I really want to know the answer. Isn't the .gov responsible to provide lockers for our long guns as well as firearms, or does the law only mention handguns?

    A very interesting read.

I'm not going to read it all but it looks like quite a list of participants on the first page with a lot of interest. If there is anything in particular that I should see I'd appreciate a pointer to it.

    Thanks

Perhaps I don't the right settings, but I cannot open your 'Very Interesting Read', and I'd like to. Can you help? I would like to read it.

He has brought up a 6 year old thread, I believe that the whole thread is the read he is referring to.

The interesting part is how open carry was treated here.

Thanks, Walleye Hunter. You are correct, this is indeed from our 2013 rally. Old news, and resolved once they started putting the rally indoors in the Rotunda. I'm getting old. Should have noted the start date on this thread.
