York Lancaster Area, Need help with AR upper assembly

Hey everybody. I have all the parts I need to assemble my upper receiver and am trying to do all the work myself. I already was able to assemble my lower receiver but now I need my upper assembled. Does anybody have a set of barreling block, a headspace gauge, and knowledge (and previous experience) to help me do this? I know that it is not rocket science but I do want to make sure I do it properly with this being my first time.

im in mt joy and got the tools. except gages, mostly unneeded for an ar. you can borrow them if you'd like.
