Which gun rights organization do you support?
I've been an NRA member but have recently been thinking the NRA is compromising too much. So I looked elsewhere and decided to join the Gun Owners of America (GOA). As Ron Paul said about the GOA, they are the only no-compromise gun lobby in Washington. If you are not familiar with the GOA, do some research please.
To be honest, Piers Morgan's interview with Larry Pratt the Executive Director, brought me to the GOA. So the GOA can thank Piers Morgan for my application and extra donation. At this time, with "gun control" seeming to take center stage in American Politics, I feel it is important to start increasing the number of members in these organizations. The other side will be playing with their numbers too. So join more than one if you can and give your family members gifts of membership.
The 2nd amendment was not designed for hunters and target shooters, it was designed for the citizens to have the ability to stand up to a tyrannical government if needed.
So, I would like to know which organization you support:
- NRA
- GOA
- Both
- Neither
- Other
If it is another organization (there are plenty of them) please let us know which one and why you support the organization you do.

I wasn't supporting both, but the NRA did a good job with that recent speech. They earned the support.

NRA did good for the firearm community so I joined them, I will give some money to the NRA ILA next month once my Christmas bills are handled. In the future I might join the GOA.

You forgot the SAF in your poll.

Re: Which gun rights organization do you support?
I support BOTH but I hope that the NRA holds strong on their "NO COMPROMISE" stance.

Re: Which gun rights organization do you support?
I was already a member of GOA and SAF. I have disagreed a lot with the NRA before, but just to present a united front, I joined. If they sell me out, they won't ever get another dime from me.
