Default Update on S&W Governor Epic fail

So I posted a couple weeks agao about my governor cylinder locking up after I fired a 410 slug. I went to the range on sunday and my governor was back. I didn't have any ammo so I bought some 2 1/2 inch slugs because thats all the had. I am really glad that was all they had. I would have only bought 45 long colt. I asked if that would be fine in they revolver and was told that is was fine to shoot. I loaded one round just in case. First shot and I dont know exactly what is was but all kinds of stuff hit all around me. I am sure it was not the slug there was a hole in the target. The cylinder was locked up tight again. I could not cock the hammer or release the cylinder. Has anyone heard of symilar problems. Could the cylinder bores be off? I connot get some shotloads to load and do not want to force the shell. The guys at Delaware Valley Sports Center even took a shot after they freed the cylinder and it did the same thing without the mess I had freaking me out.

It's a defective gun, time to get your money back, or a replacement gun.
    Government 99 and 44/100 % pure bullshit.
