    Default selling ammo and AR mags?

    I am selling ammo and mags for an AD 15. A guy in Jersey wants to buy them and have me ship them to him. Is that legal?

    Not sure what an AD 15 is but it's illegal to own high cap mags in NJ so Id refrain if I were you.

    to be honest, i think him buying ammo might be illegal also unless he has an FOID or whatever they call it.

    15 rounds is the limit for New Jersey.

    And as mentioned prior, the buyer must have a FID card.

    It would be illegal for him to possess the 30rnd mags. I don't know if there would be a charge against you, maybe conspiracy of some sort.

    Chances are it is probably a set up by the police or media to drag across the front pages crying about the evils of PA firearms laws.

    Don't sell to people in NJ regardless of what it is. The entire state should be boycotted for them being anti-american. If the guy wants to have ghe freedom to own something, he should move to the other side of the river.
