Pa handgun purchase
Hey everybody whats up im from nj... boooo yeah i know i feel the same. I wanted to know if i needed a pistol permit to purchase a handgun from pa?

You can't pick it up in PA or take possession, only at a NJ FFL
So you would need your NJ purchase permit or whatever and ship it to a NJ FFL

If you are an NJ resident then you need a pistol permit to buy a handgun in any state. And the handgun will have to be transferred to you by an FFL located in NJ.
If you are a PA resident then you don't need a damn thing. But the FFL will want to see a driver's license or he won't sell to you.

The Firearms Guild in Easton also has stores in NJ. I imagine you can purchase in PA, do your NJ paperwork and pick up at one of their NJ locations. All NJ laws will apply.
