Concealed
Hey guys, since I'm not a resident of Pa but do own camp and property near State College, and pay property taxes can I obtain a concealed carry permit, for that state. Thanks.

As a non-PA-resident, you must have a carry permit/license from your home state to qualify for a PA license.

Well so much for that, maryland is so messed up when it comes to a permit that it is a useless cause to even apply guess that's why there is so many gangstas.

When I got my Arizona permit, I did not need to send a copy of my Pennsylvania permit. Another state's nonresident permit may be able to help you here.
...and they have a plan...
