    Default Cleo signoff in Philadelphia

    Has anyone ever had any luck getting any signoff for a sbr in Philadelphia. I am a resident looking to purchase one and don't want to go the LLC/trust route....please help

    Never going to happen. Get a trust, it's easy and you can do it for free.

    Question about this, does it have to be Ramsey's office or could Sheriff Williams sign off on this instead?

    Yes sheriff of the county, state of local DA or head of PSP.
