Any problems loaning a rifle??
Lending or loaning a rifle, any law against that?
what happens when a guy who owns a rifle in PA, moves to NJ and cannot take it with him?
If he gives it to a friend for safe storage in PA, can he sell it face to face to a third party if it never left the state?

What? I'm missing something I think. I guess you could sell it, why not? As long as its legal to sell it in NJ or do you mean sell it FTF in Pa, cuz thats ok too.

PA intrastate long arm transfers require no paperwork and as long as you do not believe the buyer is a prohibited party, can be transfered with ease.
Just because you store your property on another's estate makes it no less your property.
FTF without FFL in PA depends entirely on your citizenship-residency status.
