Where do I apply for a non resident LTCF permit?
I'm from Pennsylvania but have lived in GA for the past 6 years. I am making my yearly trip to PA this week and want to apply for a non resident permit. Where do I apply? What's the cost? I highly doubt it will be issued before I head back to GA on the 16th so will they mail it to me there?

Re: Where do I apply for a non resident LTCF permit?
With the exception of Philadelphia, licenses are issued by the Sheriff of each county. Knowing the area you intend to visit you could contact the Sheriff of that county, or nearby counties, and inquire directly.
PA residents must apply in the county they reside, but you may apply in any county since you are not a PA resident.
You will likely find that some Sheriffs are much more agreeable than others, although all are bound by the Uniform Firearms Act.While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
