Re: Moving to Lehigh County LCTF Question
This is right from the Berks Co site
You must come to the Berks County Sheriff's Department with a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License or Pennsylvania Identification Card with your correct address. We will then change the address on your license to carry firearms and will report said change to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Re: Moving to Lehigh County LCTF Question
Sheriff Rossi has signed off on more ATF Form 4's of mine than I can count. He signs for MG's, Suppressors and AOW's. For County Sheriffs to sign for anything that comes across their desk that involves NFA Title II Firearms IS A RARITY!! I have lived in Houston, Texas before and never got this level of 'understanding'.

Re: Moving to Lehigh County LCTF Question
It is in fact $20.
I paid in cash, and they gave me a receipt if that helps you any at all. No need for a money order. This was 21 days ago today, haven't gotten it yet.
