Yes he was. I was going to say something along the lines of "pull your shirt over it and say there, happy now? I still have it but you cant see it, guess we're good now" but that guy was way more awesome.

Much respect to yourself and that "other" guy for trying to educate that woman.

God I wish we could all have that "other" guy there when these type of situations pop up. Would make life that much easier.

Yes, it was awesome that he did that. I still sometimes forget how many other people carry. I like when I find someone I least expected to carry that does it daily.

Not bad except if my 2 1/2 year old talked like that to anybody they would have soap in their mouth. Sadly kids mimic what they live.

oh brother.. obviously not what any parent wants their two year old to be saying, but the kid was just imitating.. probably doesn't really comprehend what she is saying.

I agree with the awesomeness of what the "other" guy did, but could he have had a legal problem? Showing his cc'ed firearm to someone could be construed as brandishing couldn't it? I admit up front I don't know the laws on doing that, but I would probably refrain despite being tempted.

Thank god we live in PA, where "Brandishing" isn't illegal. Otherwise, that second guy woulda gotten in trouble. Thanks for a great post.

After 39 posts on here you should have known the PA Gun laws, theyre in the stickies, read them.

Once again there are no Brandishing laws in Pennsylvania. (1)

lifting your shirt and showing your gun to someone else is not Brandishing
    (2)

Waving around your gun in Public can be considered brandishing, the man didnt do any of those things.

There are other charges that could be filed. Making a terroristic threat but in the end it may not stick. It certainly would be an inconvenience to have to hire a lawyer and go to court to defend yourself.

They are here in NYC - How that one got loose and came all the way out to your neck of the woods, I will never know! I will try to keep a closer eye on the Sheeple!

    Please accept my apologies.
