    I only skimmed it, but I didn't see anything about a gun grab from behind. But then again this is a LEO focused article so that seems appropriate.

    That's something I noticed too. I don't know how many people attempt to grab your gun while you're looking at them...but I guess a frontal gun grab is more of a concern to LEOs judging by this article.

    I like that they are using the same motions on the left side of the body for both draw and gun grab. It seems like a pretty good starting position for "time to fight". Though it is almost cheating using only frontal gun grabs, most of the advantages are to the gun carrier and against the grabber. Things get a little less easy in a surprise rear gun grab.

    You should look into formal training with a secondary weapon too. A good knife that you are trained to use with your weak hand could be essential if you're struggling with somebody to retain your gun. There are other things you should look into like strong OC or Mace that can be accessed quickly. Just my two cents. I'm not a cop.
