What is the reasoning for getting multiple permits if you already have a PA LTCF?

For me,utah opens ohio up for me to cc and arizona will open nevada up for me if I go to las vegas

Why not use an existing thread? I'm sure a search would reveal tons of threads in the subject of an Arizona non-res permit. I've never understood this complaint, why start another when this is already here?
