80% Lower Finishing
Anyone near York set up to do a 80% lower that would over-watch/assist me in finishing one?
I can compensate your time to show me how to do this.
Thanks ahead of time.

Re: 80% Lower Finishing
i have the jig and plates from Tactical Machine for the AR15. just milled out my first one. i have 9 more 80%'s i bought from TM.com too. i used a mill here at work to do it. if using this jig let me recommend under size drilling the trigger , hammer and safety selector holes and then reaming them to size. mine turn out a lil more oversized then id like but its still functional. i did get the the KNS anti-rotation gen2 pins. it takes some time to carefully mill one out so a party would be hard to do , IMO. maybe as you do a couple it would go faster. id love to have an old Bridgeport mill with a DRO it would make this a breeeeze !. im saving money up right now to either build my upper or buy a complete one. look me up on youtube , " guns1war " i have a couple vids
