BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Re: Charles Daly choke question
thanks guys. I was thinking of getting a rifled choke tube for it. Do they work as described or are they not worth the effort?

Re: Charles Daly choke question
It would appear that the sabot would be the slug to use with a smooth bore and rifled choke. It makes logical sense since the rifled slug does not need a rifled choke and the sabot needs rifling. If the rifled choke works (I don't know, it is something I've never needed to try) I can see where it would save you some scratch on purchasing a deer barrel if it was enough to spin a sabot.
According to Wikipedia, a rifled choke is used to spin the shot a little to make a larger pattern at close range shots. Again, I have no clue. Would be interesting to try some different things out with one to see what it does. I'm limited in SG knowledge since the only thing we do with one is shoot clays. I didn't even know I was using the wrong shot (#6) until a year after I started shooting clays. By that time, it was too late. I have stayed with #6.BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
