    Default Beretta 400A semi review

Finally catered to my lusts and traded my 391A for the 400A (all black). For the reasons I have put it off, I now really understand. While it is a fine SG and the fit and finish are better (more in the fit than the finish), I cannot justify the almost $1000 difference. Mostly, I planned this to be the last semi SG I was going to purchase, so I used that, somewhat, to get some justification, but honestly, the performance of the 400A over the 391 is not that significant; surely not a thousand dollars worth. Basically, I guess I'm saying that if I knew then what I do now, I think I would have kept the 391 and my heavy coin. It was a great performing SG that really didn't need to be improved, in my opinion. Anyone looking to get out of a 391 for the 400, and you're on a budget, really think about it, first. If you're Donald Trump, then go for it.

I just got the chance to shoot a a400 explor unico yesterday. While it's a nice semi auto from Beretta, I'm not seeing the advantage over a AL 391 urika 2.
I've had the gold sporting model for about a year and a half. It will be my last semi auto, it does everything I could asked of a clay killing shotgun.

You'll soon forget about the price, and just enjoy shooting it.

Heh, heh, heh...That seems true right up until I get to the 1911 display window.
