oc meet in philly?

Didn't want to start a new thread, so does anyone oc in philly, I usually oc outside of Philly and CC in philly but I've been wanting to oc in Philly just wouldn't feel comfortable ocing my self in philly, so anyone want to have a small oc meet in philly, if you want to grab drinks first round is on me

Devil's Alley is a great place. I have never had OC issues there, and have had multiple conversations be started with me by the employees.
