Re: Following Obama Victory, U.S. Backs New U.N. Arms Treaty Talks
We were discussing it in the "The Second Amendment is Over" thread yesterday.
This is what we will have to look forward to in the next 4 years.
“After we win this election, it’s our turn. Payback time. Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don’t forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded, the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won’t be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go.”Last edited by dkf; November 8th, 2012 at 01:37 PM.

As far as I've been able to find, there are no changes to how gun laws will exist in the USA, this was about more restrictive international export regulations.
of course I could be wrong.

Yeager, it starts with something small...it is POSSIBLE that dual use ammo such as .308 and .223 gets outlawed under the treaty. This stuff or parts of it will be run through via executive order. This is serious business.

they may not try to dismantle the 2nd amendment but they can always find a way to interperet it in such a way that they might as well have.
