Default My newest addition, .454 Casull.

I've been looking for one of these for a long time. I've passed on several chambered for .44 magnum but I wanted the Casull. The wait was worth it.

Awesome! I wanted one too until I shot a friends full size super red hawk. Too much recoil for me. Can't imagine how much the Alaskans would kick. :O

I do love that six shot un fluted .454 cylinder though. Something about it just looks so damn sexy. Make sure to post a range report.

I have the freedom arms 6inch barrel 454 casull and she kicks some good recoil, let us know how your short barrel does and how well she shoots.

I'd like to read the range report as well. I'd assume the recoil is pretty hefty but I'm sure its managable. Let us know!

Beautiful piece though very nice pick up.

I'm thinking it'll be a little snappy. I have a 500 mag the I enjoy shooting, but it's a bit heavier and has a pretty good muzzle brake. We'll see, I like shooting the big guns anyways. Hunting tomorrow, hope to get to the range Sunday if things go as planned,

    Thanks guys!

Congratulations on your purchase. A strong weapon that will last a few lifetimes. I suppose reloading equipment will be the next order of the day. The price of the factory ammo must be staggering.

That will make a nice bug! If you can find an ankle holster for it.

    Ankle holster?

Owner may not be able to lift his foot. Why not just carry an anchor?

Let us know how many times you spin around after pulling the trigger on that.
