Compare the app on Lancaster's website with the app on Bucks County's website.

Check out the wording difference between Question 40 on Lanc's and 32 on Buck's.

Seems we don't need to have copies of our other permits anymore?

It seems like this was changed. The Lancaster County PSP LTCF form application is dated as being revised October 2008, and the Bucks County PSP LTCF form application is dated as being revised in October 2012.

The state police included question J in the October 2012 form, which is pretty much redundant and already asked mostly by the other questions.

The major difference maybe that question J covers certain Protection from Abuse Orders and Misdemeanor Domestic Violence charges, whereas the others do not. There may be other things covered. This question looks like it is designed to be a wider net to catch people.
