Dunham Sports Columbia Mall
Stop there after the gun show today. The man behind the hunting deptment count seem to not wanting to wait on me and was very atimate about me carrying my firearm in an open carry holster. Then after asking for a box of ammo he ask if it was for what I was carrying and I was honest and said yes. So he had to have me escorted to the register by a manager. I feel this is a good sign to never go back there.

cdbardo - you aren't alone. I just seached the forum and found a bunch of negative stuff about them. Here is just one (of many): May 12th, 2011.

One dude in particular is a jackwad, I've decided not to do further business with them. I purchased an AK and a 10/22 there but no more, I even told the GF no more gift certificates from there. I go to Maple Ridge Sports Center on Ridge rd outside of Lightstreet now. Renee has great prices and the service is excellent, many of the local LEO's go there as well.

I tried to buy a Mosin Nagant here about this time last year. I drove up to Bloomsburg after work, only to be told they can't do firearm transfers after 5:00!
Never again!

I just don't get the mentality of some shop owner's. It is as though they live in their own little world and feel that their actions have no consequences. I guess if you have enough business you can tell future customer's to shove it. Unfortunately, in this day and age - it will come back and bite you in the ass.
