Re: Pennsdale Fire Co Gun Show ( Near Lycoming Mall)
Way too small of aisles and way too crowded for me.. And good deals seem to be diminishing with the shitty economy and everything (everyone wants top dollar for their junk).
I'll stick to my lgs and online purchases this time around.

I tend to agree with that assessment for gun shows.
But, im looking for mil surplus stuff too.. Tokarevs, makarovs, mosins, nagant 1895s etc.. I have never been to this show before and figure I might as well check this one out. Any ideas what the best time to go on saturday to avoid crowds?

I would say to try and go early in the day even if you have to wait in line when they first open their doors.
If you go at lunch your screwed, it's like everyone goes there to eat or something, and if you go in the evening something might have sold that you were looking for.
Probably not gonna make a huge difference what time though..
Parking sucks too.. I usually end up putting the truck in 4wd and parking up one of their grassy hills when I can't find a spot like the other rednecks do.
But who knows, it may not be as crowded/ bad this year.. People are low on cash

Re: Pennsdale Fire Co Gun Show ( Near Lycoming Mall)
A few years ago some lady had crates of M44s for $110 but my buddy got her down to a hundred on one and bought it.. Didn't see her last year though.
Yeah, how about it. I got my M38 back in 07' for 90 bucks with a sling and 50 rounds of ammo!
