Bitterroot Valley Ammunition
I have been scouring the net for .40 FMJ target ammo. Cheaper than dirt has the reload BVAC 500 round case for $113, but as most of you may know you can almost never get it due to being on back order.
I contacted the company directly and you can order straight from them for $120 for 500 rounds. I'm fairly sure this is the cheapest ammo available for the .40, anyone else know any cheaper? If so... WHERE ???

Re: Bitterroot Valley Ammunition
Agreed, Piss Poor Website, you do have to call for pretty much all info.
You also have to fax your order forms with ID, but you only have to provide ID the first go round. The order numbers are also pretty goofy.
Still tho, I haven't found .40 S&W that cheap that preforms perfectly for plinking.

Have you looked at Freedom Munition? I have run a case of their .223 and have had zero issues. 500 were used during a 2 day Carbine class without a hiccup. Can't speak for the .40 but what I have used is GTG. I will be ordering some of their 147grn 9mm to run through a suppressed weapon.
