Legal question about lending a firearm to someone
Hey gang,
My girl currently lives in Delaware. Recently, she was the victim of a break in and assault in her apartment. I was wondering if it's legal to lend her one of my handguns to keep in her apartment in case she needs it. She has a clean record, but it's across state lines, so I have no idea about the legality of it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Legal question about lending a firearm to someone
Thanks. Just what I needed to know. Perhaps an outright transfer, ffl to ffl, is the best bet then. Thanks again.

Re: Legal question about lending a firearm to someone
ask her to move in with you. problem solved!
really, why not go to a shop and let her pick one out and have her buy it, this way is legal and hers.
