I find it outrageous (an infuriating) that more and more, we (U.S. citizens) are the ones treated like criminals (Real ID, unwarranted surveillance, telecom immunity, Patriot Act, etc.) when our borders are basically left wide open.

True...I had heard of the mexican invasion before but the video is pretty compelling. On the border patrol website there was actually a case where 2 agents were shot at by the mexican army. Instead of shooting back they took cover and waited till the army left. What b/s is that...we need to arm the border patrol to the teeth. The reason the mexican army is crossing the border is at least in part because the mexican drug cartels have placed several hundred thousand dollar bounties on each agents head. Of course BP not shooting back isnt helping deter this behavior. Give the BP agents rifles and permission to shoot to kill and I bet it ends really quick, of course the POTUS would have to grow a pair of balls and tell el presidente to go f--- himself when he calls to complain...and thats not going to happen.
