JOIN SECOND AMENDMENT SISTERS, INC. OUTSIDE THE SUPREME COURT ON MARCH 18, 2008 as we peacefully assemble in support of Heller's right to keep and bear arms for self protection in DC v. Heller!

SAS will arrive around 9:00 AM to prepare signage and organize ourselves. The hearing starts at 10:00 AM and will run approximately 2 hours or longer. If you wish to attend the hearing, you will probably need to stand in line beginning around 6:00 AM or earlier, because walk-in seats are very limited.

An audio recording of the hearing will be released later in the day, so we anticipate everyone will eventually get to hear it. Video is not allowed inside the courtroom. ALL DEMONSTRATORS MUST STAY OFF THE SUPREME COURT STEPS AND LIMIT MOVEMENT TO THE SIDEWALK. The Supreme Court Police will assign us a specific location to assemble so we are close to other like-minded individuals.

Please wear SAS-wear or clothing featuring the SAS slogan or other statements that positively declare our position. We will have some of the SAS state banners and some signs and/or poster board, and invite you to bring signs--computer-generated or handwritten are both great! Please be polite with your bullhorns!

SAS President, Marinelle Thompson and other SAS officers and local and state coordinators will be there! We will post any additional details at www.2asisters.net/md. SEE YOU MARCH 18!

Jane Weaver
