Lancaster county has it right also. I went in filled out the app paid my $20.00 sat down took my pic and handed me my LTCF. They didn't even call a referance I guess the figure your not putting down the person who is gonna say don;t give that asshole a LTCF hes f**kin nuts lol. Welcome to pa and welcome pafoa. But why in the world would you move here from the west coast? I guess I have lived here to long I think this place sux. But I don;t wanna uproot my kids and my family is here so I am stuck.

They will call your references based upon who you put down. The first time I went in for mine, they called both references within minutes of me walking out the door, that was before they did instant cards.

Of course, that could have been because I had used two chiefs of police as my references.
