Do you think things have changed? For the better?
How would you like to arrest the same person with the same gun two times in 8 months and never be summoned to court? This person had no permit to carry a firearm. BTW I have encountered numerous people who had lawfully carried firearms and NEVER had any problems with them. I actually felt safer with them then many of the Police who were suppose to be "Supervisors". That is another thread and I have quite a bit of actual documents, just hard to get the stuff out there. You think things have changed? Good luck.

Re: Do you think things have changed? For the better?
I'm not of the opinion that one should need a permit to carry a firearm.

Re: Do you think things have changed? For the better?
I hope for your sake that these documents have been legally obtained.
I'm not sure why you're thinking the guy was never charged: http://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketS...R-1225001-1991
If you look at the one property slip you have posted, it's from 1991, indicating the age of 31 years old. Ricky Boulden listed in the above docket sheet was born in 1960, and has indeed been charged with carrying without a license. I believe his current residence is Graterford Prison.Last edited by streaker69; August 23rd, 2012 at 04:51 AM.

Mods should delete thread, especially if there is a question as to the legality of posting them on a public forum.

Re: Do you think things have changed? For the better?
Yep he was arrested, he was charged. He was back in possession of exactly the same firearm I took from him initially, within 8 months. No questions about the documents. 75-48 are public record and I have the right to have a copy of the Property Receipt for proof that I submitted the evidence to FIU.

Re: Do you think things have changed? For the better?
I'm closing this thread and removing reference to the documents in question, because I have no idea if they are public record as the OP says, and because I have no idea what point the OP is trying to make. The incident in question, which appears to be from 1991 based on the documents that were published legally or not, would have been interpreted under a completely different set of laws than exists today.
