Thumbs down OD or color framed glocks

This is just a public service announcement for people who try to sell their OD green and tan Glocks for double their actual value.

YOUR GLOCK IS NOT WORTH ANY MORE MONEY BECAUSE IT IS GREEN.

    Just thought I would share.

Green or FDE is less valuable to me. I prefer my evil guns to be ninja black!

I will see that, and raise you your Glock not being worth more as a "collectible" because it's a Gen 2.

I don't have an OD green Glock. But I am wondering if they cost more up front. Some gun manufacturers seem to charge more for color options. With that said, I have an OD green Walther p22 that I wouldn't charge 1 penny more than an all black version.
I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"

To each their own. For me, variety is the spice of like. Like the green and tan pistols.

it's simple supply and demand folks. there are far less of the colored frames. now it doesn't double value but they are slightly more valuable to the right person.

When I wanted an OD G23 the prices were outrageous! $600+ used, as much as $850! Then Glock released the FDE color (still available at great prices). I picked up a FDE G23 new for $509 only a few weeks ago.

When people stop paying it I suspect people will stop asking it.
