    Not this time, there are some restrictions and red tape that are associated with CLE credit. I do participate in other CLE programs from time to time, I'll make a note here when I do, but I usually just have a 1-hour segment of a 6-hour program. (The other presenters are generally excellent, but they aren't me, and it doesn't give me the time to do much Q&A.)

    The real point of this is to immerse some folks in the issues for 4 hours, get some questions and discussion going, to help settle a lot of issues in your head BEFORE you need to make a split-second decision that can change the direction of your life forever.

    Is there going to be a registration form available. It looks as thought there are about 10 people interested as of now. I saw in other areas there was a reg form posted. I'm in for 2 as of now.

    Fair enough, although I doubt I'd be able to go out east for just an hour of CLE.

    Keep me on the 'interested' list for this course, though. Always a good idea to keep abreast of these kinds of laws.

    Class will be held on Sunday October 28, 2012 at the following location;

    Crafton Volunteer Fire Department
    8 Stotz Avenue
    Pittsburgh, PA 15205

    Parking is in the park and ride lot behind the main Borough building located across the street from the Fire Department on Stotz Avenue.

    I'll get my $$ and form sent out early next week.

    I'm interested +1. Was there a deposit or something? I know how it can be getting people to actually show up...

    Where is the form located? I also potentially have 3 guys I work with that are interested in attending.

    Here's the form:

    http://www.pgklaw.com/registration_form.pdf

    I have to update the form, but for now just ignore the late fee (cost is $50 per seat, no matter when you pay) and ignore the discount for 5 people on one form. It's just a flat $50 per seat, and if there's not enough advance interest then it won't be held; but it seems like there's enough interest to draw me 300 miles there. Also, if there's too much interest, then pre-paid folks get in and we have to turn others away. I'm not sure how many seats are available.

    I really appreciate the work being done by you guys who set it up and started the thread.

    The facility has an occupancy of 150. I believe we have 100 chairs. Depending on the number of people attending we can set up the room anyway needed.

    If we are doing both session 1 and 2 the total fee would be $100, correct? $50 for each session.
