Bottom line:
The average number of people killed in mass shootings when stopped by police is 14.3
The average number of people killed in a mass shooting when stopped by a civilian is 2.3.Je suis déplorable

How could you possibly expect different when the officers first arriving on the scene do not enter and confront the shooter?

I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"
