Default Procedure of purchasing full auto gun

What is the procedure of buying fully automatic weapon in PA? Is special license necessary?

You might want to post your question in the NFA sub-forum rather than the rifle one. Reading the stickies there will also help answer your questions.

    Here is the direct link.

Mac 10 type burp guns, and a couple other subguns.

AK47's, M16's, and similar generally start about $12K and go up from there.

Mac10/11 seem to be the cheapest and a few years ago still could be had for 2-2500. Now they go for around 3500+ as I've been checking subguns website from time to time.

...and a place to shoot it.

I'm unaware of any Pittsburgh Gun club that allow F/A fire on their ranges.
