18 and IN CCW?
Hello-
On behalf of my brother who is 19, anybody had experience getting an Indiana CCW when over 18 and under 21? Can he get his fingerprints done by a local PD in PA?

Is he a resident of Indiana or PA?
If he isn't a resident of Indiana, does he own a business or have employment in Indiana? If not, he isn't eligible for an Indiana license.
All the police offices that I know of that do printing really don't care what age you are.
