I found a handgun via the net that I would like to purchase.
The owner/dealer is fine with shipping it to a local dealer.

Does anyone know a local dealer near Lock Haven or Williamsport that won't hammer me on the transfer fee? I checked my local shop and to my surprise they wanted $50.
