    Default 21st Birthday lctf

    So, I turned 21 today and when I went to the Doylestown courthouse to get my ltcf. The officer at the sheriffs office said that I couldn't apply for it today, on my birthday, so i would have to wait until tomorrow. Has anyone else seen this or heard about it happening before.

    There is nothing on buckscounty.org where the info is.

    I was able to do the PICs check today to buy a pistol.

    Said officer lied to you. The statute doesn't say "must be 21 years + 1 day".

    Actually on your birthday you're older than 21, think about the leap years with the added days, you could be up to 21yr 6days old

    I got my LTCF at 10am on my 21st in York. They're wrong.
    Practicing free speech outside of the designated free speech zones.

    I'll call Donnely tomorrow to ask what the fuck is going on. You know, it's much easier to lose the "friend of 2nd amendmend" title, than earn it, and you are not the first, who reported such incident in Bucks County SO.
