Thumbs up for Mossberg CS

I picked up my second 930 SPX last Monday(first one was stolen in a break in) It was Fri. before I had a chance to shoot it and I could only get five shells into the mag tube. I started fiddleing with it to determine the problem and realized that the mag extention was crooked. If I loosened it up a bit the last two shells went in just fine.

I called Mossberg on Mon., explained the problem and was told they would send me another mag extention right away. They didn't even need the old one back.

It's nice to see companies doing what they should to make customers into return customers.

That's good they took care of your issue but I wonder how does a gun get past QC with a crooked mag tube?

I'm glad that Mossberg will take care of their products like that. I just got a 930 SPX also, and just took it out to test. The range I went to wouldn't let me use buckshot, just slugs on paper or birdshot on clays. I had only slugs ,and put 3 boxes on paper and I know the it was more accurate than me. I am now very happy that I went with the Mossberg rather than something that would have to be fixed before shooting like the Saiga, or have to be put on a waiting list like the KelTec.
