    I'm not a fan of Newt, but here's my take:

    Modern day career politicians are the "bottom of the barrel."

    The smartest, well-rounded people are out earning a living the American way.

    Now, if only we can get a few of these folks to serve a term, or two... Stop this career, 10 term, bullshit.

    I hate to sound negative, but most of the country seems to have already forgotten 9/11. Sadly, it wouldn't take much to create chaos in this country. A handful of suicide bombers synchronized to blow themselves up in various malls around the country at the same time would work wonders. This is one of many things that could be done easily and cheaply. Our government doesn't care about our safety. If they did, they would take simple measures like curbing immigration, legal AND illegal.

    Look what we have for Senators here in Pa. Look at the Senators that WVa, Mass, NJ, NY have. There is no way anyone with any common sense would vote for these losers.
