    Default 0.9" saddle height riser?

    Does anyone make one? I just bought a primary arms md-07 and a 0.83" rider gives me a perfect co witness, a 1" diarrhea gives a lower 1/3. I would like one in between for various reasons. 3 slot is ideal. I may be able to mill a longer one down depending on clamp style.
