Don't know about "best" deal, but these folks matched RRA's holiday special pricing when I ordered from them. They even matched the free shipping offer.
I've only ordered the one item(RRA kit), but they were very nice to deal with.
    I'd buy from them again.

ar15sales.com is a good place... really good prices - you have to call tho, they can't post them because of RRA minimum pricing agreements.

He charges a small credit card surcharge, but the prices are amazing.

    Another +1 for Pete.

I bought an RRA from him last year. I was very happy with his service and there was no one locally that could beat his price, even with having to ship it from NH and get it transferred.

A word of caution (not meant to discourage), many RRA products have a waiting period. 6 to 8 weeks or more in many cases.

Think of it this way: The good resturants almost always have a line to be seated. The rest? They have empty parking lots.

That's true. I had to wait for mine because Pete didn't have the rifle I wanted in stock and he had to order it. If he has what you want in stock he'll get it to you right away though.

Check the equipment exchange on AR15.com. He often posts when he receives rifles from the factory.
