Smokey Bones is yummy but can get a little pricey. Good place to get some ribs though.

Well I'm so hungry right now. I was trying to reduce the time on running a mile to no avail I came up withj another 12 1/2 minute mile

Nothing wrong with that. My feeling is if you can't go fast, go long. I did an out-and-back on the trails through the gorge at McConnells Mill today, and was really happy with 18 1/2 minute miles for 15.5 miles of roots, rocks & hills. Good thing is no guilt at dinner today. Bad thing is I'll be walking like a cripple.
