Default Sweet potato crusted Tilapia with Cilantro Lime sauce and a side of Glock

I thought this recipe was a little odd sounding.
I have to say the flavors really compliment each other.

The sides were a Southwest pasta salad and Garden fresh tomatoes grilled with fresh basil and mozzarella.

    Served with a White Zinfandel.

Do it in the oven for a lower fat option. To be honest, the fryer kinda threw off the flavor, didnt really retain it. They were good and crunchy but, I think frying'em, some flavor was lost in the oil. I bet it'd actually be better in the oven.

You make that Peanut Butter Pie yet?

All I've seen at Bottom Dollar foods are the usual flavors Sour cream and onion, bbq and regular
After trying the Utz chips we like those the best

That will be our camping dessert in 2 weeks.
I'd be afraid if I made it here I would be the
one eating all of it and with all the whipping
cream, I can just look at it and gain 20 lbs.

We have 3 families going camping so that should
    feed 8 people easily

So... Spanish main, Italian and Southwest sides? Eclectic, but kudos for cooking outside the box. I absolutely hate ticrapia... I could see this on some halibut, though. Try the tomato with queso fresco and green onion (instead of basil).

Maybe a little red pepper flake in the crust...
The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but believe me, it's on the damned list.

Hey always fun to do some fusion cooking. Although today it's going to be a Texas dish of barbeque beef and beans and some jalapeno cornbread with pico de gallo. So more Southwestern cooking. That will be in the slow cooker this afternoon
