Waiting Period For LTCF In Bucks County
The question is, what is a typical waiting period for an LTCF to be issued in Bucks County? Thanks

We simply drove up to Doylestown to get ours....you walk away with it in-hand.

Re: Waiting Period For LTCF In Bucks County
I had to wait 19 days for mine when I first applied for it in 95. When i renewed it, I walked out with it!
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise

You go to Doylestown, fill out the paperwork, then the clerk calls in a background check. After that you walk back with an officer to get your picture taken. After a few minutes the machine to spits out your license, he hands it to you and says have a nice day.
I went early in the day before they got busy...around 10 am. Took all of 15 minutes.

Drive to Doylestown. It's worth it. Lunch from 12-2 is really cheap and good at Stephanies at Main and Oakland, two blocks south of the courthouse.

Re: Waiting Period For LTCF In Bucks County
I'm sure it's faster in Doylestown but when I got mine I lived in Northern Bucks right on the border with Northamton. I didn't want to drive that far south so I went to Quakertown.
Took 5 minutes to fill out the app, get my picture taken and pay my 20$. Then they called me the next week when it had been processed in Doylestown and returned to them.
So, due to my reluctance to drive, a week. Not bad at all IMO.
