    Looks like a Hammereli .22LR.

"X is what percentage of Y?" Divide the first number by the second, multiply the answer by 100. Add a percent sign. Think.

Its an Olympic pistol, Lots of European companies make Pistols like those, Hammerli, Walther, Bernardelli, Beretta, SiG, Anschutts etc. The Russians makes them too for their Olympic teams.

Thanks guys, it is a Hamereli 232 .22 short that's what is marked on the gun. I was just wondering what it was used for, 22 Short doesn't seem like a very good cart for Olympic shooting, there is also a British sticker on the lower right side of the grip, guy wants to sell it along with a 1st place Gold Medal he won with it in 1990 /91, the gun is like new but the Medal is not real Gold, just looks like Gold.
    Thanks again for the input.
    Regards
